Wet and dry grinding With our modern floor grinding machines we are able to work dust-free and without a lot of noise due to high grinding performance. We use HTC Diamant Schleiftechnik machines for wet grinding and Festo and Flex machines for dry grinding. The marble floor can be ground to polish.

When polishing marble, you can grind it up to grit 10.000 in 8 grinding passes or you can crystallize the stone after a 400 cut and save 4 grinding passes. Crystallization is a process for hardening the marble. An acidic solution reacts with the limestone of the marble. Flour silicates are formed, which cause surface hardening and gloss formation.
